Common Questions
We can supply fixtures through our supplier network at competitive pricing, or we are happy to install fixtures you have already purchased. If you are providing fixtures, we recommend confirming all dimensions and connections with us before purchase to ensure compatibility with your existing rough-in.
Yes. Converting a bathtub to a shower, or creating a new shower in a bathroom that had none, requires modifying existing drain and supply rough-in positions and installing appropriate waterproofing. We handle the complete conversion including any required tile-ready waterproofing substrate preparation.
Single fixture installations such as a toilet or faucet typically take one to two hours. A tub or complete shower installation may take a full day. Simultaneous installation of multiple fixtures during a bathroom renovation is scheduled as a coordinated project with a custom timeline.
What Ahuimanu, HI Customers Say
Payne Plumbing installed our new freestanding soaking tub and dual-head shower system during our master bath renovation. The work was exquisite. Every connection is hidden perfectly, the shower drains flawlessly, and the tub fill rate is exactly as expected. Professional, clean, and detail-oriented.
We had Payne replace all faucets and the toilets in our entire home at once. Four bathrooms done in a single day with zero leaks and everything working perfectly. The crew was respectful of our home and cleaned up thoroughly. Will call Payne Plumbing for all our plumbing work going forward.
The kitchen faucet I purchased required some creative plumbing because our sink configuration was non-standard. Payne Plumbing's technician figured it out quickly, had the right supply lines on hand, and installed everything beautifully. No drips, no leaks, and perfect water temperature mixing.
